Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Benefits Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position is integral to ensuring the seamless administration of employee benefits and maintaining a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws governing employee benefits.
  • Assist with the enrollment process during open enrollment periods and throughout the year.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and contributions.
  • Communicate any changes in benefits programs to employees in a clear and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Benefits

The position offers a competitive pay range of $25 to $30 per hour.

Additional Details

This position requires around 0% travel time.
